Job Description
Are you looking forward to starting your professional career in a multinational environment Join our internship program to launch your career with us and benefit from our hands-on approach. We are looking for candidates available for 1 year internship as of September 2025.
Your Responsibilities
As part of the Customer Quality and Continuous Improvement team:
- You will be in charge of statistical and probability analysis projects and technical investigation
- You will define reliability analysis model based on statistical analysis for complex quality issues with low detectability
- You will be supporting activities of customer claims mastering quality methodologies (QRQC 8D 6-Sigma Shainin)
- You will drive and support customer quality audit following the audits plan and customer claims
- You will bring your proactive support in the preparation and review of Weekly Monthly and Quarterly KPI
- You will contribute to Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving projects on site level
Your Profile
- You hold a Masters degree in mechanical or industrial engineering with good knowledge of quality
- You have good knowledge of statistical analysis
- You have good knowledge of quality methods and tools: Pareto QRQC 8D ISHIKAWA PDCA FTA FMEA Lean-6Sigma and you show high appetite for quality and continuous improvement
- You are fluent in French and English good basis in German are an asset
- You are familiar with software tools: Outlook Excel PowerPoint SharePoint Minitab
- You enjoy teamwork you have synthesis and analysis mindset you pay attention to details and you show great sense of responsibility and commitment to given tasks and missions
