Job Description
Your responsibilities
- You identify components affected by future bans
- You work with development engineers to develop alternatives to replace banned substances in the future
- You create concepts for the realisation of new material compliance requirements in collaboration with the team leader
- You substitute the team leader in technical matters relating to materials compliance
- You support the Product Safety team in the development of risk assessments (product safety) in relation to hazardous substances
- You give a general support for the use of critical substances (safety issues compliance).
Your profile
- You have completed your Bachelors or Masters degree in materials engineer or higher degree in chemistry
- You have a first experience in materials compliance
- You are fluent in English and have a good level of French and German
- You are familiar with existing regulations (REACh TSCA Prop. 65 POP conflict minerals etc.).
