We launched our innovative medical devices in the US in 2024.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Swissbased commercially driven and customerfocused professional to lead downstream product activities execute sales programs and manage key account relationships. This role bridges product marketing sales enablement and customer success playing a pivotal role in shaping gotomarket strategy driving commercial initiatives and fostering strong relationships with key customers. The ideal candidate thrives in crossfunctional environments and combines strategic thinking with handson execution including frequent collaboration with R&D and clinical teams. You will be working closely with our Chief Customer Success Officer and our USbased sales & customer onboarding team.

Tasks

  • Support definition & execution of gotomarket strategy & programs
  • Lead & support targeted sales & marketing initiatives
  • Develop compelling product content and documentation
  • Build & maintain strong customer relationships supporting sales onboarding/training and Key Account Management
  • Gather & analyze customer feedback and provide input to R&D/ clinical science
  • Coordinate 2nd level support in close collaboration with 1st level support in the US
  • Proactively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions or new initiatives

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Business Marketing or a related field (Masters or MBA is a plus)
  • Experience: 35 years of experience in product management commercial marketing or sales within B2B or healthcare life sciences or technology environments. Proven experience in customerfacing roles such as key account management or sales is a plus
  • Outstanding Communication: Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills especially with key stakeholders KOLs and crossfunctional teams
  • Organization & Tech Proficiency: Selfstarter adept at prioritizing tasks utilizing CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) and working with general IT tools (Microsoft 365)
  • Travel Readiness: Comfortable travelling to the US for 25%
