Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a System Analyst III with strong expertise in IBM Connect:Direct to support file transfer and integration services. This role requires hands-on experience with installation configuration upgrades and troubleshooting across both on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and drive solutions in a fast-paced enterprise setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Install configure upgrade and maintain IBM Connect:Direct and Sterling File Gateway.
- Support large-scale migrations involving mainframe distributed systems and cloud file transfers.
- Troubleshoot complex issues ensuring system stability reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support secure and efficient file transfer operations.
- Document processes configurations and technical solutions for knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on expertise with IBM Connect:Direct and Sterling File Gateway.
- Proven experience with file exchange migrations across mainframe distributed and cloud systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Solid background in system analysis configuration and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
