Introduction
Do you want to help shape the future of our Group and make sure the voice of the younger generation is heard As a member of our Junior Advisory Board you are part of a strategically relevant body that advises management on cross-unit issues develops future visions and promotes dialogue between generations. At regular meetings you contribute new ideas and provide impetus develop specific recommendations for action and help to shape cross-unit initiatives. You help us find valuable perspectives that shape our future in the long term.
How you make a difference
Together with the other members you strengthen the position of the Junior Advisory Board and ensure its firm establishment as a permanent official body within the Group.
You contribute valuable perspectives from the younger generation on strategic and cross-unit management issues.
By developing future visions scenarios and specific recommendations for action you provide important impetus for the orientation of the Group.
Your involvement actively promotes dialogue between generations and specialist units.
You use creative ideas and new impetus to support the further development of topics that particularly affect the younger generation.
You actively help to shape cross-unit initiatives and support their implementation with a long-term perspective.
You also identify and drive forward Group-wide synergies projects and topics from the standpoint of the younger generation.
What you have to offer
You are a maximum of 28 years old are exceptionally committed and are willing to get involved in the evening or at the weekend (if necessary).
You are highly independent in handling and managing topics from research to completion.
You are confident when talking to groups and can present content convincingly.
Your holistic thinking in the interests of the Group above and beyond units and silos sets you apart.
You show professionalism in stakeholder management both towards the Executive Board and in dealing with available resources.
You have solid knowledge of at least one national language; a good command of English and other languages are an advantage.
To take part in the JAB you need to be recommended by your leader. Involvement in the Junior Advisory Board is a voluntary activity and is not remunerated.
