Job Summary
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
Provide direct supervision feedback and ongoing training to RBTs
Monitor treatment integrity and clinical progress through data review
Collaborate with families caregivers schools and other providers
Participate in team meetings and provide parent training as needed
Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with BACB Medicaid and insurance requirements
Stay current with ABA best practices and continuing education requirements
Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Eligible for licensure in Maryland
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or related field
At least 2 years of clinical ABA experience preferred
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
