The Opportunity

In this key position you will be the primary point of contact for a curated portfolio of new and promising clients. Your job is not simply about setting up software; its about forging enduring and valuable partnerships. By focusing on a seamless and successful onboarding experience you will empower companies to maximize the value they get from our tool. This will in turn drive high product adoption significantly reduce client churn and uncover new avenues for growth. Youll also have the exciting responsibility of identifying and cultivating businesses that could potentially emerge as the next industry unicorns.

What Youll Do

  • Client Success Leadership: Take charge of the client success journey by overseeing the entire onboarding process for all new accounts. This involves the strategic design and flawless execution of high-performing PPC campaigns that are built to deliver both rapid tangible results and long-term sustainability.
  • Proactive Engagement: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to engage with prospective clients. Your core mission is to gain a deep understanding of their unique business needs and objectives and then to present and sell tailored solutions that are the ideal fit for their growth strategy.
  • Driving Revenue: You will be directly responsible for expanding client accounts by increasing their spending and proactively identifying strategic upselling opportunities. Your efforts will be crucial to unlocking significant revenue streams within the highly lucrative German market.
  • Data Integrity: You will maintain and update a comprehensive customer database with all relevant information. This work is vital for ensuring data integrity which provides a solid foundation for business intelligence and strategic decision-making.

What Youll Bring

  • Education & Experience: A bachelors degree is required and a masters degree in Marketing or Communications is considered a significant advantage. You must have at least two years of experience in a sales or marketing role with a proven track record of successful client-facing interactions especially in high-stakes environments.
  • Language Proficiency: You are a professional communicator with native-level or C2 proficiency in both German and English both written and spoken. You have the ability to clearly and persuasively explain complex ideas to a diverse audience.
  • Mindset & Proactivity: You are a proactive self-motivated individual who is confident and determined. You thrive in a goal-oriented environment and consistently deliver impactful results. You are capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Business Acumen & Market Analysis: You possess a solid understanding of business principles and can analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to inform strategic decisions. You have a strong customer-first approach and are committed to delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Technical Proficiency: You are highly proficient in using CRM systems for relationship management and are skilled at integrating AI tools into your workflow to gain insights and personalize outreach.

  • Cultural Acumen: You have a deep understanding of German business etiquette cultural nuances and practices which allows you to effortlessly build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Strategic Thinking: You have the ability to identify and target high-growth potential companies and to navigate and manage complex stakeholder structures including those with multiple agencies or skeptical customers.
  • Advanced Problem-Solving: You are equipped with sophisticated problem-solving skills to navigate challenging contexts and have a strong grasp of the digital marketing ecosystem across German regions.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: You are knowledgeable about local regulations especially concerning data privacy (GDPR) and can tailor your outreach strategies to align with clients high focus on data protection.
