To do so we have formed a new organization called PT Digital and Operational Excellence (PTE) with the aspiration to build industryleading digital and lean operations across functions and our entire manufacturing footprint.
PTE is the organization that catalyzes global development and execution of PTs Digital and Operational Excellence strategy to enable PT to realize our performance promises. We build a strong crossfunctional and inclusive community put the power of data into the hands of our people further develop the Lean and Digital skills across PT and scale up our Digital and Advanced Analytics solutions for the benefit of our colleagues and patients.
The Opportunity
This role is responsible for driving the strategic Quality digital technology roadmap through the identification and delivery of key digital initiatives and use cases. As the Senior Digital Strategy Delivery Lead you will take the role of an Agile Product Owner (PO) to partner with customers across PT functions to architect the planning (e.g. diagnose) execution (e.g. design & build) and sustainment of digital solutions to achieve the PT Quality Digital Aspirations.
Key responsibilities
Strategic Digital Transformation: Contribute to the digital Quality vision and architect key strategic digital initiatives as a translator between business needs and technical roles
Impact: Define impact aspirations (e.g. value assessments business cases) and enable significant improvements in quality management processes through innovative digital solutions confirmed through the measurement of key business metrics.
Scalability: Utilize your broad Quality end to end Business understanding to perform detailed requirement analyses with the team with a strong focus on network scalability.
Prioritization and Team Setup: Prioritize use cases and act as product owner to implement key digital initiatives. Coach teams on best practices agile methodologies and ensure full impact capture. Lead crossfunctional teams with digital experts across multiple sites.
Compliance and Risk Management: Facilitating compliant solutions for data and digital products in the GxP environment. Identify potential risks associated with digital quality initiatives and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
Innovation and Improvement: Continuously explore and assess emerging digital technologies and industry trends. Drive innovation and process improvements within the Quality domain to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Capability and Community Building: Coordinate the development of essential skills and foster a digital community focused on value realization e.g. through facilitating OCM activities. Act as a mentor and leader within the product management team fostering a culture of continuous learning improvement and collaboration.
Other duties: Support process improvement portfolio management data management workforce strategy product delivery support strategy partnership and collaboration with IT PTx functions and externals
Who you are
Do you bring 10 years of experience in architecting and implementing digital transformations preferably in the pharma industry and are looking for an impactful role We are seeking an individual with excellent knowledge of the pharma digital & data ecosystem indepth expertise in quality systems information systems tools and techniques. This entails a good understanding of the customers business challenges goals and operations environment.
Further competencies and qualifications
MS/PhD in Science or Engineering Field with a minimum of 15 years of related experience
Strong experience in Quality functions with additional experience in related Technical Operations functions e.g. Manufacturing Regulatory Supply Chain Strategic and analytical thinking
Demonstrate leadership skills and a history of successfully managing crossfunctional stakeholder relationships in a complex organization
Solid experience as an Agile Product Owner with exceptional team and stakeholder management communication and analytical skills e.g. value assessments running diagnose phases and delivering technology solutions embedded into the business process Organizational Change Management (e.g. ADKAR)
Competence in risk management and compliance audits within the pharmaceutical industry focus on results and be proactive in identifying solutions
Proficiency in English is required; German is a plus
