Job Description

As an ADMS Specialist you will:
  • Lead and support the installation configuration and maintenance of Advanced Distribution Management Systems (ADMS) specifically Power On Fusion (PoF) and Power On Advantage (PoA).
  • Support Distribution Management (DMS) applications including Distribution Power Flow (DPF) Volt Var Control (IVVC) Fault Location Isolation and Service Restoration (FLISR/FDIR) and Outage Management Systems (OMS).
  • Collaborate across teams and customers to ensure optimal operation of ADMS platforms and ensure grid reliability and resilience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system communication configuration and operational efficiency.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 5 years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing ADMS solutions with direct experience on PoF or PoA platforms.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SCADA OMS DER and related modeling tools.
  • Practical experience with Linux/Windows environments Oracle SQL Jasper Reports and Cassandra.
  • Sound understanding of TCP/IP routing LAN DNS Active Directory and network security components including firewalls & switches.
  • Familiarity with remote diagnostics system monitoring and NERC CIP compliance standards.
  • Proficient in English and local language with the ability to convey technical information clearly in cross-functional settings.
You Should Possess the Ability To:
  • Analyze identify and resolve complex issues in real-time ADMS environments.
  • Configure and enhance grid reliability features such as IVVC and FLISR/FDIR.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision demonstrating initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effectively collaborate with customers and engineering teams under pressure maintaining a calm professional demeanor.
