The Customer Tax Operations and Reporting Services (CTORS) team helps organizations to meet their customer-related regulatory tax reporting obligations with scalable customer tax operation services across the globe and underpinned by leading technology. Work location would be Geneva a modern office and with our hybrid working model it is possible to work remotely.

Your key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients across the banking wealth management insurance and asset management sectors by providing support on regulatory and tax matters. Your role will include interpreting implementing and reviewing tax and regulatory frameworks with a strong focus on their practical application. Tasks may involve client onboarding processes documentation tax calculations security classification regulatory and client tax reporting and managing operational tax functions and related data
• Participate in client secondments and on-site assignments which are a regular part of our dynamic work environment
• Broaden your expertise through interdisciplinary collaboration: we aim for comprehensive end-to-end solutions by working closely with colleagues from Legal Audit Consulting and international teams across various jurisdictions
• Benefit from tailored learning and development opportunities. These include technical tax training finance technology and industry-specific programs as well as the option to pursue qualifications such as Swiss certified tax expert LLM or other relevant diplomas
• Enjoy opportunities for international exposure including potential assignments in different countries and language regions

What we look for

• A recognized diploma in tax economics finance or equivalent (bachelor or masters degree)
• A sound knowledge of regulatory reporting and corporate tax concepts and ideally you have a first experience in a similar role from a consulting or in-house environment in Switzerland
• Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills you combine an affinity with numbers with rigor and method and possess a solid deadline management
• A curious autonomous organized adaptable and flexible personality who favors teamwork
• Excellent level of English and French; German and Italian are considered as a plus
