Job Description
Your responsabilities
- You define and develop production and/or measurement tools and industrialize new products/processes.
- You participate in the definition and validation of production resources and are responsible for defining methods measurement resources and their interfaces.
- You develop continuous improvement in terms of quality volume and cost reduction.
- You implement the tools and systems needed to control product and process parameters
- You develop the skills and versatility of production teams and lead multi-disciplinary teams (internal and external) as part of problem-solving groups.
- You take part in drawing up and monitoring the budget for costs and investments
- You implement the requirements of quality standards when setting up validating documenting and monitoring production facilities
Your profile
- You have a degree in mechanical or industrial engineering (or equivalent qualification).
- You have at least 5 years experience in industrial project management
- You are an expert in production techniques/methods and are familiar with LEAN 8D Six Sigma Shainin FMEA and SPC continuous improvement tools
- You are fluent in French and English (C1). Knowledge of German would be an asset
- You stand out for your autonomy your ability to work as part of a team and your leadership skills. Your ability to propose innovative solutions and to communicate are also among your strengths.
