Job Description
Are you a marketing student with a passion for social media storytelling and visual content Join Salona Consulting a fast-growing startup helping people around the world reconnect with their Croatian roots through citizenship by descent.
Were looking for a motivated student intern to support our Marketing & Growth Specialist with day-to-day social media management and content creation.
Tasks
What Youll Do
- Assist in managing our Instagram Facebook and LinkedIn accounts
- Create engaging visual and written content (posts stories reels etc.)
- Help plan and execute the monthly content calendar
- Track performance metrics and support community engagement
- Contribute creative ideas to grow our brand and online presence
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Marketing Communications or a related field
- Strong command of English (C1C2 level) written and spoken
- Bonus: Knowledge of Croatian Spanish Italian and/or Portuguese
- Familiar with tools like Canva Adobe Meta Business Suite Instagram Reels and basic analytics
- Creative proactive and detail-oriented
- Eligible to work in Switzerland

- Start date: August or September 2025 (flexible)
- 23 full days per week (40 - 60%)
- In-office position at our headquarters in Lucerne Switzerland
