As our company grows were looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team and act as the critical bridge between technical expertise and customer-centric solution design. Youll support the full pre-sales lifecycle: helping customers shape their vision translating their needs into solid technically feasible solutions and ensuring Adfinis delivers exactly what they need.
In this role youll collaborate closely with Sales Solution Architects Marketing and Portfolio Management to craft proposals present solutions and guide customers toward smart cost-effective decisions. And when you see opportunities for new offerings upselling or innovative service packages youll help bring them to life.
Tasks
What Youll Be Doing
- Qualify deals to make customer needs and Adfinis capabilities click.
- Steer customers toward smart cost-friendly solutions.
- Turn ideas into clear proposals and Statements of Work.
- Write crisp proposal texts that make tech sound simple and sharp.
- Jump into presentations and make the tech side shine.
- Spot chances to upsell or grow our services.
- Fly the Adfinis flag at events and conferences.
- Help shape portfolio offerings that scale and wow customers.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- Youve qualified deals shaped solutions and shown the value in pre-sales for a few years.
- You have a firm grasp on Linux cloud technology and enterprise IT.
- You map out architectures and roadmaps for clients that just work.
- You know Open Source enterprise solutions and their use cases.
- You make complex ideas sound clear and compelling.
- You are fluent in German (C1/C2) and can properly communicate in English (B2).
