The opportunity
We seek an experienced AI Lead Manager to manage AI solution delivery for both internal and external projects. This is a unique opportunity to drive AI innovation at scale collaborate with cross-functional teams and shape the deployment and adoption of AI technologies within a globally recognized consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
AI Delivery Management: Lead the full lifecycle of AI solution developmentfrom ideation and prototyping to industrialization and deployment across internal and client environments
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Support the recruitment mentoring and development of AI professionals while ensuring high performance across multidisciplinary teams
Solution Design: Architect AI and machine learning (ML) systems aligned with business objectives ensuring feasibility scalability and ethical compliance
Innovation Enablement: Contribute to the firms AI capability growth by supporting knowledge sharing accelerators and reusable assets
Technology Foresight: Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies and ecosystems to continuously improve the firms capabilities and offerings
Requirements
Strong experience leading data science or AI project teams within complex business or consulting environments
At least 6 years of experience developing AI ML or GenAI solutions
Solid knowledge of AI/ML tools AI Agents frameworks and development practices
Proven ability to deliver AI solutions to production in real-world environments including MLOps integration
Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset for solution development
Track record of managing multiple projects and prioritizing in fast-paced environments
Masters degree or higher in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or related disciplines

You will help bridge the gap between prototyping and production ensuring that machine learning systems are efficient maintainable and deliver long-term business value. Your contributions will directly support the AI vision and strategic priorities of the firm and its clients.
