Job Description
- Administration of requests for tax statements from clients including modifications and recalculation of specific cases (high volume activity for the period of January to March)
- Control of the activity of our customers in the context of American taxation (Qualified Intermediary Agreement Fatca)
- Control of the activity of our customers in the context of International taxation (Automatic Exchange of Information: AEOI)
- Application of American taxation (QI 871 m)
- Monitoring of the application of double taxation agreements
- Administration of tax recovery requests
- Annual reporting to Swiss and foreign tax authorities
- Other administrative tasks in the context of our clients tax activity
Qualifications :
- Banking or commercial training (Bachelor degree as minimum)
- Experience in a banking environment with exposure to international taxation and securities an asset
- Fluent in French and English German an asset
- Excellent computer skills (Excel high level and VBA an asset)
- Very good communication and organizational skills
- Capacity to assume multiple tasks work under stress and adapt in a continuously changing environment
