Reaktionskalorimetrie-Experte (m/w/d) Innovation und Digitalisierung (Laborant oder Chemie-Ingenieur)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Reaktionskalorimetrie (ca. 80-50%): Organisation Planung Durchfhrung Auswertung und Dokumentation von Reaktionskalorimetrie-Experimenten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern aus der chemischen Prozess-Entwicklung und den chemischen Produktions-Betrieben.

• Technologie & Digitalisierung (ca. 20-50%): Untersttzung der Entwicklung und Implementierung von innovativen Technologien wie Process Analytical Technology (PAT) von Digitalisierungs- und Laborautomations-Projekten in der Abteilung Technische Entwicklung Synthetic Molecules.

Wer Du Bist:

• Umfassende praktische Laborerfahrung im Umgang mit unterschiedlichsten chemischen Reaktionen und Laborgerten.

• Ausgeprgtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein insbesondere fr das Arbeiten im Labor.

• Strukturierte selbstndige und sorgfltige Arbeitsweise. Zuverlssigkeit ist die Grundlage unserer Arbeit.

• Detailorientierung und kritisches Denken bei der Laborarbeit. Fhigkeit zur Datenanalyse und -interpretation systematische Problemlsung.

• Affinitt zu innovativer Technologie und Digitalisierung.

• Praktische Erfahrungen im Scale-Up von chemischen Prozessen sind vorteilhaft.

• Kenntnisse in der Kalorimetrie sind von Vorteil.

• Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Laborautomatisierung ist ein Plus.

• Klare Kommunikationsfhigkeit (schriftlich und mndlich).

Fr Laboranten:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Laborant/in EFZ Chemisch-technische/r Assistent/in (CTA) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.

• Mehrjhrige praktische Laborerfahrung in chemischer Synthese und/oder chemischer Prozessentwicklung.

Fr Chemie-Ingenieure:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) im Bereich Chemieingenieurwesen Chemie oder einer hnlichen Fachrichtung.

• Praktische Laborerfahrung vorzugsweise in der chemischen Synthese oder Prozessentwicklung werden vorausgesetzt.

The Opportunity:

This position offers an exciting dual role with two key areas of responsibility: practical laboratory work in the field of reaction calorimetry and collaboration on the implementation of innovative technologies and support for digitalization and laboratory automation in the department.

The position thus combines classic laboratory activities with future-oriented projects that contribute significantly to the further development of our work processes. Your responsibilities:

• Reaction calorimetry (ca. 80-50%): Organization planning implementation evaluation and documentation of reaction calorimetry experiments in close cooperation with partners from chemical process development and chemical production plants.

• Technology & digitalization (ca. 20-50%): Supporting the development and implementation of innovative technologies such as Process Analytical Technology (PAT) digitalization and laboratory automation projects in the department Technical Development Synthetic Molecules.

Who You Are:

• Extensive practical laboratory experience in handling a wide variety of chemical reactions and laboratory equipment.

• Strong safety awareness especially when working in the laboratory.

• Structured independent and meticulous approach to work. Reliability is the foundation of our work.

• Attention to detail and critical thinking in laboratory work. Ability to analyze and interpret data systematic problem solving.

• Affinity for innovative technology and digitalization.

• Practical experience in scaling up chemical processes is advantageous.

• Knowledge of calorimetry is an advantage.

• Experience in implementing laboratory automation is a plus.

• Clear communication skills (written and verbal).

• Strong ability to work in a team across interfaces cooperation and mutual respect.

• Organizational skills and willingness to learn.

• Good written and spoken German and English skills.

For lab technicians:

• Completed training as a laboratory technician EFZ chemical-technical assistant (CTA) or comparable qualification.

• Several years of practical laboratory experience in chemical synthesis and/or chemical process development.

For chemical engineers:

• Completed degree (bachelors/masters) in chemical engineering chemistry or a similar field.

• Practical laboratory experience preferably in chemical synthesis or process development is required.
