Requirements:
- Completed commercial education

- Experience in a similar function

- French is your mother tongue

- Very good verbal and written communications skills in Italian and English

- Knowledge of German is a plus

For our Sales department in Regensdorf we are looking for a motivated and proactive

Indoor Sales Executive FR & IT & EN (m/w/d) 100%

Starting 1. August 2025 or upon agreement

You will work closely with our Frontline Sales representatives and customers supporting them with their daily promotional administrative tasks while actively contributing ideas and insights to enhance our this role you act as a pivotal liaison between internal departments ensuring the effective delivery of customer requirements.

Main tasks:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support of Frontline Sales representatives with account management (Opening Update Closure)

- Creation and distribution of offers and price lists ensuring accuracy and timeliness

- Continuous maintenance of the customer database with a keen eye on details

- Provision of all necessary customer details for the frontline sales

- Deliver exceptional customer advisory service via telephone and email demonstrating curiosity and a desire to understand customer needs

- Distribution of customer requests to the relevant departments ensuring a seamless flow of information
