Job Description

Join our Central Data & Analytics Team in Zrich as a Master Data Management Lead and drive the design and implementation of innovative strategies for managing master data this role you will ensure consistency compliance and a unified approach to master data across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of Master Data Management (MDM) strategies to align with business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish data ownership and accountability frameworks.
  • Foster collaboration across domains by promoting alignment on data quality sharing and governance practices.
  • Monitor and adapt policies and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory changes and evolving business priorities.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure the health and success of MDM initiatives.
  • Drive initiatives to clean and harmonize data improving data quality reducing redundancies and ensuring consistency across systems.
  • Provide training and support to equip teams with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively manage and utilize master data.

Qualifications :

Your Expertise Our Strength

  • A degree in Computer Science Management of Information Systems Data Science or equivalent professional experience; relevant certifications in MDM are a plus.
  • Several years of proven experience in Master Data Management data governance or related fields.
  • Familiarity with domain-oriented data management approaches such as Data Mesh is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
