Job Description
Join our Central Data & Analytics Team in Zrich as a Master Data Management Lead and drive the design and implementation of innovative strategies for managing master data this role you will ensure consistency compliance and a unified approach to master data across the organization.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Master Data Management (MDM) strategies to align with business goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to establish data ownership and accountability frameworks.
- Foster collaboration across domains by promoting alignment on data quality sharing and governance practices.
- Monitor and adapt policies and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory changes and evolving business priorities.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure the health and success of MDM initiatives.
- Drive initiatives to clean and harmonize data improving data quality reducing redundancies and ensuring consistency across systems.
- Provide training and support to equip teams with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively manage and utilize master data.
Qualifications :
Your Expertise Our Strength
- A degree in Computer Science Management of Information Systems Data Science or equivalent professional experience; relevant certifications in MDM are a plus.
- Several years of proven experience in Master Data Management data governance or related fields.
- Familiarity with domain-oriented data management approaches such as Data Mesh is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
