Your Mission 

As a (Senior) Learning & Development Specialist in our Talent & Organisational Development team a key part of our HR department youll be a key driver in shaping impactful inclusive and inspiring learning experiences. From leadership development to embedding culture youll create meaningful moments that help our people grow lead and thrive.

Youll work cross-functionally in a dynamic global SMG team of Explorers spanning Switzerland Serbia Vietnam France Germany and India - where creativity collaboration and continuous learning are at the heart of what we do.

Specifically you will work on:

• Design and deliver powerful learning programs: Craft engaging learning experiences - with a current focus on leadership development (LDJ - Leadership Development Journey Onboarding new leaders pick & grow modules)
• Embed our values across the employee lifecycle: Bring SMGs culture to life - from hiring to offboarding - through practical people-first learning experiences
• Facilitate workshops and trainings: Lead leadership sessions Culture & Feedback Bootcamps team offsites and workshops that spark connection growth and engagement - from small to large group interventions
• Co-create learning with business teams: Partner with teams across SMG to design learning that supports performance development and career growth (e.g. design career paths or leading yourself sessions)
• Build strong learning network: Manage internal trainers and external providers to ensure a high-quality scalable learning experience
• Measure and improve impact: Use data feedback and experimentation to continuously improve and evolve our learning offerings

Qualifications :

What will you bring to the ride 

1. Proven experience designing delivering and facilitating modern learning programs in a corporate or international setting - from high-level concepts to hands-on execution 
2. Strong conceptual and organizational skills - you move with ease between big-picture thinking and detailed planning
3. Fluency in English; German is a plus
4. A background in adult learning organizational development psychology education or a related field
5. An open hands-on mindset with a love for trying new things and making learning practical and engaging
