Job Description
Job Purpose
Key accountabilities:
- Lead financial planning processes development of detailed budget and financial forecasts including collaborating with senior management members of the respective functions.
- Consolidate analyze and summarize data from inputs coming from business partners for management reporting.
- Track quarterly financial reports analyzing differences between results and original budget in costs and headcount (and sales in the future when we commercialize).
- Drive productivity improvements of FP&A tasks and company activities.
- Oversee P2P operations including contracts and PO Management invoice processing and travel & expense management.
- Manage and ensure development of a team of FP&A and P2P professionals.
Your profile
- University degree in Finance or Business
- 6 to 10 years of experience in FP&A Roles.
- Experience in SAP or Oracle or other EPM systems.
- Good understanding financial reporting concepts US GAAP knowledge is a plus
- Exceptional analytical abilities capable of using data tools to drive decision-making and managing large pools of data in Excel.
- Proactive communication style with the ability to build/foster relationships with business partners.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills along with quantitative interper-sonal and analytical skills.
- 2 days a week in our brand new Porto Office.
