Job Description
As Restaurant Manager you will take ownership of delivering an exceptional dining experience at our elegant on-site restaurant and bar. You will:
- Lead motivate and support the restaurant and bar teams to consistently exceed guest expectations.
- Oversee daily operations ensuring the highest standards of service ambiance cleanliness and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong guest relationships through warm attentive service and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and F&B leadership on menu development seasonal offerings and promotional activities.
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting cost control and revenue generation.
- Recruit train and develop team members in alignment with Accor values and MGallery brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene health and safety regulations at all times.
- Play an active role in sustainability and quality programs to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications :
To succeed in this role we are looking for someone with:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a premium or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on service-focused approach and the ability to inspire your team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Deep understanding of restaurant operations guest service excellence and commercial acumen.
- Passionate about gastronomy hospitality and creating memorable moments for guests.
- Experience with POS systems staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as required
