Job Description
Contribute to the strategic and technical development of cloud services.
Develop partial and/or overall architectures for the customers private cloud.
Responsible for the conceptual development of technical service offerings.
Develop architectural concepts and present them to relevant committees such as architecture boards and higher management.
Conduct analysis documentation and modelling of complex interrelations.
Define requirements and solution approaches for secure IT architectures within the cloud ecosystem.
Create and maintain technical documentation security guidelines and architectural descriptions.
Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
Develop and update policies and best practices to ensure long-term ecosystem security.
Requirements
Solid IT education and several years of professional experience in integration and/or platform architecture within an enterprise environment.
Experience with architecture topics related to cloud solutions and security within enterprise contexts (definition and application).
Good knowledge of architecture development methods and modelling notations (e.g. TOGAF ArchiMate BPMN).
Confident presence with the ability to present and advocate concepts in committees (up to executive management level).
Strong analytical conceptual and interconnected thinking; able to illustrate analyse and document complex interrelations.
Several years of experience as a solution architect software architect or enterprise architect.
Extensive experience designing and documenting overall architectures at the data application and technology architecture levels including microservices architectures and interfaces.
Experience in architecture documentation using UML Arc42 ArchiMate or similar templates.
Experience with microservices application platform as a service container management together with DevOps teams.
Experience in agile environments (SCRUM SAFe).
Experience in interface design/implementation with JSON or XML.
Several years of experience in large public organisations and cloud projects.
Education and Certifications
Tertiary level IT degree (Master / Bachelor ETH/University FH or equivalent).
Certification as a Certified Professional for Software Architecture (e.g. ISAQB or equivalent). A security certification is also acceptable as proof.
Languages (Mandatory)
Very good written German skills and good English skills.
