Job Description
We are looking for an Operational Product Manager to join a team of 6 members who drive evolutions of our internal tools and processes for operational teams. Our business stakeholders are internal department : BO MO ALM L&C Risk controlling
Your missions
- Develop long-term strategic plans to optimize operational processes.
- Support business operations in their daily tasks by solving issues related to the performance of operation.
- Lead major operational projects per year as a Project Manager.
- Design and implement KPIs and dashboards to monitor the banks operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with System Analyst to ensure alignment.
- Gather information by observing workflows read company reports and conducting employee interviews (deep-dive) and performing operation in pair.
- Measure product usage feature adoptions and resource allocated to operations.
- Determine appropriate methods to analyze operations relevant information and data.
- Being responsible of coordination with potential external partner to evaluate their products.
Qualifications :
- You have strong analytical skills and knowledge in operations and project management.
- You are recognized for your communication skills: you will need to communicate effectively your vision both internally and externally and you will interact with banking professional engineers and analysts on a daily basis.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
