Logistic Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%

The Logistic Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate management of logistics operations including financial oversight inventory reconciliation and cooperation with external service providers.
Financials
- Invoice monitoring and controlling of Logistics Service Provider & 3rd party Vendors for Customs Clearance
- PO management
Inventory & Interface Management AT08 and CH03
- Continuous Inventory Reconciliation between Pfizers SAP and the Warehouse Management System of the external Logistics Service Provider (LSP)
- Management of interfaces and error handling in cooperation with the LSP and internal departments
- Realization of solution approaches with regards to the elimination of inventory differences
- Performing & preparing of Internal Controls as part of month end closing including handling of SAP PC
Cooperation with external Service Provider:
- LSP KPIs tracking
- Support / sub-project management for logistics projects
- Preparing the Analysis for reimbursement of transportation damages of the LSP
- Short shelf life management in cooperation with the LSP and internal stakeholders
Delivery documentation:
- Archiving delivery documents in Open Text for audit purposes
- Customs Declaration Instruction Management
Organisation:
- Ensure operational coverage for Supply Chain Manager
You offer:
- Bachelor or University degree in Business Economics Logistics and Supply Chain Management Business Administration or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years-experience in Market Supply Chain operations
- Good Project Management skills (certificate preferable)
- Excellent language skills: fluent both written and verbally in German and English
- Advanced IT and analytical skills (MS-Office MS Project SAP)
- Motivated engaged and independently working professional
- Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills
- Appropriate business demeanor
- Solid business acumen: branch and industry knowledge
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Project Management skills to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
