The Position
By pioneering data-driven technology and insights and connecting early diagnosis to targeted treatments were advancing science to ensure everyone has access to the healthcare they need.
As P&C ServiceNow Technology Product Manager the role translates customer and business needs into the enterprise ServiceNow Product solution.
Creates the vision and aligns stakeholders around the vision for the product. Evangelizes the shared vision across larger teams to empower independent decision making for specific product teams. Defines a compelling vision for a product that reflects customer and business needs in line with the strategic themes for P&C Technology and aligns stakeholders around the vision for the product.
Collects structured feedback in collaboration with Product Owners and Adoption & Change Manager to continuously improve product quality.
Your Opportunity
As a key player youll be at the forefront of shaping our P&C Technology landscape driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions.
Business Acumen: Youll contextualize P&C Tech adoption data and drive discussions with business stakeholders prioritizing product features to meet specific business and employee needs contributing to strategic objectives.
Product Vision: Youll define a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with P&C Technologys strategy and anticipates future trends empowering independent decision-making by creating a shared vision across larger teams.
Product Roadmap: Youll leverage a deep understanding of P&C processes and data collaborating with internal experts for seamless execution and cultivating strong partnerships to ensure continuous alignment and successful product delivery.
Strategy: Youll actively shape the strategic direction of the Product within P&C Technology providing overall product leadership and governance while coaching and mentoring colleagues to build product capabilities.
Who you are
You hold a Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in computer science business or a related field.
You bring 10 years of experience in a large corporate environment demonstrating strong business acumen.
You have hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR and large-scale implementations; other HR systems experience is a plus.
Youre a polished communicator adept at evangelizing technology solutions through visualization and storytelling.
You are a valued leader and effective collaborator within cross-functional teams.
You can navigate ambiguity quickly and strategically reacting to changing priorities.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with additional languages being a bonus.
