How youll make an impact
- Mentor and support a high-performing IT sourcing team across Hardware Software and Services categories
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives aligning IT procurement with business goals and technology roadmap
- Manage supplier relationships and risks ensuring compliance and maximizing service value
- Enhance cost efficiency through effective spend management digitalization and portfolio optimization
- Oversee contract negotiations securing favorable terms while addressing legal data and cybersecurityrisks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT Legal Finance and business units to align sourcing strategies
- Track and report supplier performance market trends and cost savings to senior leadership
Your Background
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred
- 10 years in IT procurement sourcing or supplier management including 35 years of direct leadership
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation and managing complex multi-country supplier relationships
- Strong understanding of IT domains like SaaS IaaS enterprise software cybersecurity and networking
- Exceptional analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams juggle multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
- Track record of aligning IT sourcing strategies with business goals and driving measurable impact
