The Position

This role is about delivering and step-change improvementsnot just marginal gainsby embedding structured data-driven methodologies that enhance efficiency quality and overall operational performance. You will work with site teams integrating traditional Lean principles with cutting-edge digital solutions to drive transformation.

What you bring

• A true change agent with a relentless drive for continuous improvement and operational excellence

• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing particularly in sterile environments

• Proven expertise in Lean methodologies and leading structured performance improvement initiatives ideally with experience in top consulting firms (e.g. Big Four McKinsey BCG)

• Demonstrated success in delivering transformational impactnot just incremental improvementsin operational environments

• A hands-on leader who thrives in on-site operations working directly with frontline teams to drive meaningful change

• Strong understanding of digital tools and technologies leveraging data analytics and automation to enhance operational performance

• A strategic thinker with strong critical analysis and problem-solving skills capable of challenging the status quo

• Exceptional communication coaching and leadership skills with the ability to embed lasting cultural changewith also an analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies that drive measurable impact

The position will be based either at our headquarters in Basel or at one of our manufacturing sites in the US (Oceanside CA; Hillsboro OR) or in Germany (Mannheim or Penzberg).
