PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
TheCustomer Experience Solution Portfolio isdesigned to offer businesses an integrated approach to delivering real-time experiences to customers across all digital channels. The SAP Customer Experience Solution Advisor identifies understands and defines customer needs to develop and maintain standard product demonstrations and materials to close business and increase revenue. During these cycles they often take on the role of a Solution Captain. The Solution Advisor is considered one of the most knowledgeable PreSales persons on a given solution in the Business unit they support.
