Job Description

Join a high-impact project in the banking sector to support the architecture of a new cloud-native trading platform being built from scratch. The platform includes an order blotter and order capture functionality and is designed with microservices and low latency in mind. The team is working in an agile setup distributed across Qatar Poland and Zurich.

  • Provide architectural guidance for a cloud-native Azure trading platform

  • Address and solve challenges related to security DMZ NSG rules ingress and red zone integration

  • Evaluate whether the new application can act as the integration point for WMPC connections

  • Review and challenge existing infrastructure-as-code (IaC)

  • Collaborate closely with backend and frontend stream teams in an agile environment

  • Proven experience setting up large-scale cloud datacenter environments

  • Expert-level knowledge of:

    • Azure Cloud Architecture
    • Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) best practices
    • DMZ concepts Service Mesh (Istio)
    • Terraform and DevOps methodologies
    • Reviewing IaC code and providing architectural guidance
