Why this role matters
Were looking for a talentedProduct Owner / Project Manager to act as the bridge between our software project clients and development this pivotal role youll own the product vision lead agile project teams and ensure delivery excellence for client-driven platforms.
You report to our COO and collaborate within our team of Project Managers working closely with UI/UX designers developers and QA engineers on 13 parallel projects while maintaining a strong and cooperative relationship with each projects client.
What youll do
- Engineer and document business requirements and product concepts in collaboration with the client
(e.g. low-fidelity mockups & documentation in Confluence) - Create maintain and prioritize detailed backlogs for development teams in Jira
- Plan execute and monitor software development projects with respect to scope timeline and budget
- Lead agile ceremonies (refinement planning stand-ups demos retrospectives)
- Ensure timely high-quality product delivery
- Manage documentation client reporting and product-related communication
- Manage and track project time and invoicing
- Run workshops and recurring client meetings to gather feedback and drive decisions

- Experience in software development projects
- Engaged and proactive in exploring and applying AI tools for greater productivity
- Proven ability to translate business needs into software solutions
- Business requirement engineering experience
- Ability to visualize and document business analysis and product concepts
- Experience in agile processes; Scrum Master certification is a plus
- Solid grasp of Confluence Jira and Tempo
- Ability to guide and motivate cross-functional teams
- A strong sense of responsibility regarding product delivery
