Robeco Switzerland Ltd. part of the international Robeco group is seeking a proactive and motivated intern to join our Legal & Compliance team in Zurich. This internship offers hands-on experience in all aspects of compliance within a FINMA-licensed asset management company of around 100 employees.
Position & Requirements
Your Responsibilities:
- Support a wide range of compliance activities including controls and monitoring.
- Assist in drafting reviewing and updating internal policies and procedures.
- Help provide compliance-related advice to business units and respond to queries.
- Collaborate and exchange knowledge with international compliance colleagues.
- Contribute to legal tasks such as contract reviews and monitoring regulatory developments.
- Gain exposure to specialized areas of compliance.
Your Profile:
- University degree in law finance or a related field; additional education in compliance/regulation is a plus.
- Some experience in compliance or the financial industry is an advantage.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Comfortable with IT tools and technology-driven solutions for compliance tasks.
- Quick learner proactive and hands-on attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity diligence and a business-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work in a regulated environment and stay updated on compliance topics.
