We are seeking a dynamic highly skilled and forward-thinking Power and Energy System Modeler and Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and application of advanced modeling and analytical tools to shape the future of energy systems. You will work closely with engineers researchers consultants and other stakeholders across the organization to address future system challenges and technology requirements for achieving carbon neutrality while ensuring resilient reliable and affordable energy supply across regions under diverse scenarios and conditions.

Your background
Academic Excellence: Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering Energy Science or a related field with a strong foundation in power systems and optimization.
Optimization Guru: Deep expertise in linear nonlinear integer and stochastic programming with a passion for applying these techniques to real-world energy challenges.
AI & ML Savvy: Proficient in machine learning methodsregression classification clustering time-series deep learning and reinforcement learningusing modern tools and frameworks.
Algorithm Architect: Proven experience developing optimization algorithms for power system planning using tools like Python MATLAB and Gurobi.
Power System Pro: Skilled in modeling and simulating power systems with experience integrating APIs and tools for optimal system planning.
Control & Electronics Expert: Hands-on experience with power electronics and grid-forming control systems including RMS and EMT simulations.
Data-Driven Thinker: Strong analytical skills with Python libraries like Pandas GeoPandas Plotly and JSONPickle to interpret complex datasets.
Team Player & Communicator: Excellent problem-solving skills collaborative mindset and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to a diverse audience.
