PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.) Load Planning and Scheduling
Coordinates and assigns loads // shipments to drivers based on location availability and vehicle capacity.
Optimize routes for cost efficiency and delivery times
2.) Communication with Drivers
Provide drivers with load details instructions and updates.
Monitor drivers progress and assist with any issues during transport.
3) Communication with Operations / Import / Customer Service teams
Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules delays and special requests.
Handle complaint or problems professionaly and promptly.

4.) Documentation and Compliance
Maintain accurate records of dispatches delivery confirmations and transport documents.
Ensure all transport operations comply with legal and safety regulations.
5.) Problem Solving and Incident Mangement
Resolve issues such as delays accidents breakdowns or route changes.
Coordinate repairs or vehicle replacements if needed.
6.) Fleet Monitoring
Track vehicle locations by checking on the drivers
Ensure regular maitenance and inspection schedules are followed.
