Do you want to make an impact in your job on the good side Do you like looking for patterns and have the Fraud Eye Then you should join our fraud team against all the evil out there! The successful applicant will undergo an extensive background check therefore all applicants should have a clean debt and criminal record.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Detect and investigate Fraud cases
- Document cases and report to law enforcement
- Recover losses
- Propose Fraud Prevention Measures
- Communicate with Fraud victim
YOUR SKILLS:
- 2 years experience in Fraud Management
- Experience in Telco or credit card related field is a plus
- Keeping cool under high pressure
- Creative and curious thinker flexible mindset
- Very good analytical skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- German and English fluent French and Italian are a plus
