As a proactive People Business Partner you will play a key role in driving our business forward. You see HR as a valueadding function and act as a strategic partner to our leaders. With strong business acumen and proven project management experience you will independently lead and implement strategic HR projects that make a real impact.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Take a proactive role in managing strategic peoplerelated projects that truly make a difference to the business and employees
- Act as a trusted consultant to leaders advising on organizational development change management and transformational topics
- Translate business strategies into HR actions manage the employee lifecycle and leverage people analytics
- Drive performance and talent management including succession planning employee development and retention initiatives
- Oversee compensation management including salary benchmarking reviews and bonus processes
YOUR SKILLS:
- 5 years experience as a People Business Partner with a focus on transformation and projects
- Ability to distill complex concepts and communicate them clearly to the target audience using storytelling skills
- Willingness to take ownership and drive meaningful change
- Comfortable in a corporate environment
- Fluent in German and English
