Are you a highly organised administrator who thrives in a hands-on warehouse environment
Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a motivated Admin & Warehouse Support Officer to join our Horsham site on a permanent part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your administration expertise with practical warehouse experience while making a real contribution to Australias agricultural industry.
About the Opportunity:
You will play a key role in keeping the branch running smoothly by:
- Managing administrative tasks including accounts payable freight invoices CHEP transfers truck files purchase orders and DC reports (SOH OPO)
- Processing incoming and outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
- Supporting safety compliance and maintaining accurate records
- Picking packing loading/unloading stock and assisting with stock counts
- Helping maintain warehouse tidiness and branch presentation
- Assisting with truck loads and dispatch
About You:
- Strong administration skills with excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Passion for agriculture and supporting local farmers
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Teams; SAP experience or willingness to learn
- Reliable flexible and able to work independently or in a team
- Forklift licence a plus; willingness to train
