Lead implementation of event programs owned and supported by worldwide events & experiences and partners across Apple. Conduct project planning and complete event strategies that build upon Apples values and strengthen its INCLUDE:- Drive entire project lifecycles for events: event vision; scheduling and timeline management; budget management and financial oversight; technical development logistics and operations; vendor management; physical execution and reporting.- Conceptualize ideas and event concepts that are fresh outstanding and relevant for the brand using its unique assets venues and programming.- Facilitate collaboration and communication among partners and external resources.- Establish expectations and timelines to ensure parallel work streams implement simultaneously seamlessly and according to plan.- Cultivate relationships with finance and procurement partners to ensure processing of vendor agreements purchase orders and payments.- Contribute to an environment that focuses on the audience experience delivering world-class events and pushing through decisions that are best for Apple.- Champion the end-to-end process from vendor procurement through fiscal reporting.
- 8 years experience leading events for brands either in-house or at a premier experiential or marketing agency.
- Experience leading multi-day event programs from concept through completion.
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally up to 25%.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven proficiency in handling event logistics production and technical elements.
- Passion for building brands and an obsession for details.
- Experience creating events for Senior Executive and C-Level audiences.
- Cultural awareness that informs key concepts and emerging trends.
- Comfortable navigating through ambiguity while setting objectives and advancing results.
- Obsession for details and the customer experience.
- Ability to make good timely decisions that keep the project moving forward.
