Job Summary
Owen Ford is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Detailer to take on a leadership role supervising our detail department and two wash bay employees. This position is hands-on requiring professional-level detailing skills while also ensuring the team meets quality and efficiency standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior detailing on new and pre-owned vehicles to dealership standards
- Supervise train and schedule two wash bay employees
- Ensure all vehicles are cleaned detailed and ready for lot display or customer delivery
- Monitor workflow delegate tasks and inspect finished work for quality
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
- Track and report supply needs to management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional automotive detailing experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold high-quality standards
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Dependable organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
