What success looks like in this role:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Windows Server environments with 68 years of experience in system administration.
- 4 years of proven expertise in VMware virtualization (ESXi vCenter vSphere).
- Support and maintain large-scale data center infrastructures with 4000 virtual machines across global environments (100 ESX hosts).
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of ESXi hosts vCenter environments and VMware infrastructure.
- Configure and manage High Availability (HA) Distributed Resource Scheduling (DRS) and SRM (Site Recovery Manager).
- Execute P2V V2V and V2P migrations.
- Automate operational tasks using PowerShell Python or other scripting tools.
- Provide administration and support for Active Directory DNS DHCP WINS and Windows clustering.
- Maintain and manage SQL databases as part of infrastructure support.
- Work on Dell server hardware products and provide root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents.
- Collaborate with global teams to deliver end-to-end solutions with minimal supervision.
- Document processes and ensure adherence to compliance and best practices.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
Key Qualifications
- 6 years of hands-on experience in Windows Systems Administration and troubleshooting.
- 4 years of experience in VMware virtualization (consulting and enterprise environments).
- 2 years of automation experience (PowerShell Python etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS Active Directory clustering and networking concepts.
- Experience working in large enterprise-scale environments with global infrastructure.
- Education: Bachelors degree (B.E/ MCA) or equivalent.
- Certifications preferred: VMware 7.X/8.x Certification MCP/MCSA/MCSE.
- Basic knowledge of public cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong collaboration communication and presentation skills for working with global teams and stakeholders.
BE/ degree and 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
