Wir suchen fr unser Franchise Management Team ab Anfang September 2025 fr 12 Monate in Vollzeit eine/n engagierte/n Trainee.
Kontext:
Du untersttzt das Franchise Management Team bei der strategischen konzeptionellen und operativen Arbeit zur Vermarktung der Marken (Franchises) von Warner Bros. Discovery wie zum Beispiel Harry Potter DC (Batman Wonder Woman Superman etc.) Looney Tunes Tom & Jerry uvm.
Deine Aufgaben:
Untersttzung bei der strategischen konzeptionellen und operativen Fhrung unserer Franchises sowie im Business Development zur Erschlieung neuer Monetarisierungsmglichkeiten
Untersttzung der bereichsbergreifenden Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit bei Franchise-Aktivierungen und -Initiativen
Untersttzung bei der konzeptionellen und operativen Fhrung unserer Social Media Kanle (Tik Tok Instagram You Tube)
Untersttzung von Research & Insights zum besseren Verstndnis der Fans unserer Franchises
Beobachtung des Unterhaltungsmarktes und Analyse von Trends und Entwicklungen
Erstellung und Pflege des Franchise-Kalenders sowie Harmonisierung des Inputs aus verschiedenen Teams / Abteilungen
Untersttzung bei Erstellung und Umsetzung von Best-in-Class-Marketingplnen (online und offline) fr relevante Franchise-Einfhrungen und Initiativen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams und externen Agenturen
Selbststndige bernahme von kleineren Kampagnen und Projekten
Weitere Aufgaben nach Bedarf
Das bringst Du mit:
Bachelor-Abschluss oder krzlich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing oder einem verwandten Studiengang wie Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Medienwissenschaften
Praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Marketing oder Projektmanagement. Idealerweise in einem international aufgestellten Unternehmen z.B. im Rahmen von Praktika oder Werkstudententtigkeiten
Technisches Grundverstndnis kombiniert mit einer hohen Affinitt zu Prozessmanagement-Tools
Sehr gutes Verstndnis von Social Media als Marketingkanal
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Starkes Interesse an der Film- Entertainment- und Digitalbranche
Fhigkeit schnell passende Lsungen fr neue Situationen zu finden
Spa an der aktiven Mitarbeit in einem schnelllebigen internationalen Umfeld
Freude am Umgang mit Menschen kommunikativ aufgeschlossen und teamfhig

Es beherbergt unter anderem die Marketinggruppe fr Kino- und Home-Entertainment-Verffentlichungen die Werbeabteilung das Medienteam und die Consumer Products. Um einen umfassenden Einblick in ein groes Medienhaus zu erhalten werden wir dafr sorgen dass Du die Mglichkeit hast Einblicke in kategorie- und bereichsbergreifende Aktivitten zu erhalten.
