Your Tasks
An inspiring and cooperative environment awaits you with interesting topics from two worlds: Project management in Supply Chain Innovation and Knowledge Management/Learning for the Supply Chain Innovation Project Leader Community. You will be working in an international cross-functional team with exciting interfaces to Supply Chain and Innovation Management. Typical tasks include:
- Support in the execution and steering of Innovation Projects within Supply Chain and content creation for our functional development areas
- Analysis documentation and optimization of Supply Chain processes and Master Data in SAP for Innovation Projects
- X-functional work with different functions in Supply Chain Marketing Research & Development Controlling and others to bring our innovation into the markets
- Create and maintain Learning Hub/Global Onboarding pages in Microsoft SharePoint within Supply Chain Innovation
- Administrate learning content in our Learning Platforms
- Support in organizing our Supply Chain Project Leader Academy
Your Profile
- Advanced studies in International Management Industrial Engineering Supply Chain or studies with focus on Learning or HR welcome
- Enrolled during the whole employment period
- Previous work experience (incl. internships) in relevant companies
- Interested in and knowledge about Supply Chain and Innovation Management
- Interested in and basic knowledge about learning tools and content development (e-learnings videos )
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools esp. PowerPoint Excel SharePoint Teams
- Highly motivated individual with high learning agility who would like to pursue a Supply Chain or HR professional career path
- Strong people soft skills and high maturity level on engaging with key business stakeholders
- Excellent English communication in both oral and written
