Job Title: Finance Analyst
Location: Beijing (preferred) or Shanghai
Reporting Line: Solid line to China Finance BP manager Dot line to APAC FP&A leader
Key Responsibilities
Provide multi-dimensional visibility of Topline/PL/BS/Cashflow performance identify opportunity to improve performance and mitigate risks
Play business partner role and provide input to facilitate business decision making
Take part in strategic planning and execution process
Be the competence center of internal IT tools for China finance
Drive continuous improvement in financial data processing and report value-adding
Support collection of long-ageing overdue AR Actively contribute to global transformation projects
Other ad-hoc assignments
Essential skills and experience
Preferably work experience in audit firms (Big 4)
Inhouse FP&A or finance business partner experience
Software business exposure as a strong plus
Bachelor or above degree in Accounting or Financial Management
Fluent written and oral English is a must
Desired skills
Logical and structured problem-solving skills good analytical skills
