Join one of Melbournes leading independent boys schools as a Receptionist (Senior School). This is a full time ongoing position 8.00am-4.30pm Monday to Friday.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a candidate who genuinely enjoys working with students values relationships and brings patience and a positive energy to their daily work. As the first point of contact for students families and visitors our school Receptionist plays a vital part in creating a warm and calm atmosphere within the school. From liaising with parents about excursions sport uniforms or calmly responding to the unexpected the successful candidate must be adaptable and able to adjust plans to address changing priorities. This is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
The successful applicant will communicate clearly and warmly and will demonstrate flexibility and adaptability. They will work confidently and independently while also contributing positively to the school culture. This role is dynamic and forever changing due the nature of schools. It is essential that the successful candidate is proficient skills in Microsoft Office as well as have a willingness to continue to learn new IT systems and student management system.
