As anAssociate I Quality Control Lab - Microbiologysupporting the Environmental Monitoring and Product Testing group you will be trusted to conduct and analyze in-process and final product quality analyses/inspection in compliance with standards and regulatory requirements at ourManufacturing Facility in Fort Worth ASPEX TX!

In this role a typical day will include:

• Perform environmental monitoring sampling of aseptic areas along with testing needed to support personnel monitoring for production.

• Identify ongoing quality issues prevent potential production issues and make suggestions for improvement.

• Interpret and evaluate analyses for accuracy and precision against established specifications and recommend/implement corrective actions as needed.

• May be responsible for analytical and protocol report writing and standard operating procedures.

• Possibly maintain lab equipment and reagent preparation and quality.

• Maintain supplies/stocks needed by production team.

• Ensure that lab cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.

• Train other analysts to perform laboratory procedures and assays.

• Monitor testing procedures to ensure that all tests are performed according to established item specifications standard test methods or protocols.

What Youll Bring to Alcon:

• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school 8 yrs; Assoc.4 yrs)

• The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English

• Work Hours: 2nd shift (8 hours): Monday Friday 2:00 PM 10:00 PM CST

• Location: Onsite
