Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Data Governance Legal and Security teams to ensure compliance with global privacy regulations
- Design & develop robust Data Privacy backend systems using Java & Spring Boot
- Build & maintain microservices & RESTful APIs
- Integrate and configureOneTrustmodules for consent management data mapping and assessments
- Write & maintain unit & integration tests using JUnit &Mockito
- Implement messaging solutions using Kafka for real-time data processing
- Participate in code reviews & ensure adherence to coding standards
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab for automated deployments
- Conduct code reviews with a focus onsecurityprivacy andcompliance
- Optimize application performance & troubleshoot production issues
Must-Have Skills:
- Java/Python Spring Boot SQL
- Microservices Architecture
- RESTful APIs
- Eclipse IDE
- JUnit Mockito
- Kafka (Messaging Systems)
- GitLab (CI/CD)
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Data Privacy - Applications/Platforms/Tools.
- MySQL Oracle
- Snowflake (Cloud Data Platform)
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelors degree in computer science engg or related field
- Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
- Excellent communication & teamwork abilities
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments is a plus
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations is a plus
