Could you be the full-time SAP Security and Authorization Specialist in Bengaluru were looking for
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to Head of SAP Tech he/she will:
- Designs develops codes and test programs for SAP modules and functions using core ABAP programming language and Fiori Apps(Including SAP Gateway).
- Performs ABAP (Core & SAP Gateway) programming testing and debugging work related to the implementation enhancement and support of SAP modules.
- Design develop Change/extend Core ABAP Programs FIORI Apps SAP Gateway and related Odata.
- Be accountable for the quality and stability of the Solutions deployed.
- Controls the quality of the delivery of our Partners on his scope of expertise.
- Participate to the delivery of all Core ABAP and Fiori solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues as and when required for mentioned Techonoliges.
- Provide L3 expertise on Core ABAP & Fiori to internal Core Team and Partners
- Ensure Alstom get the right level of support from the partners
- Ensure Alstom Best Practices are known and followed by everyone.
- Ensure Documentation is up-to-date.
- Provide regular reporting to management and other stakeholders when necessary.
- Ensure alignment with other teams within IS&T Internal Stakeholders and delivery through Strategic Partners.
- Follow the delivery from dev partners
- Coordinate Dev activities amongst the team
- Manage Team capacity planning
- Validate all quotations provided by & to the team
- Follow budget for Dev Team and ABAP Factory
- Report status of all devs to Head of SAP Tech
TECHNCAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
To be considered for this role candidate need to demonstrate the following skills experience and attributes:
- Strong skills of programming tools and techniques such as Report & Transaction creation Enhancements Conversion Programs SAPscript and SmartForms Screen Painter BDC LSMW User Exits Menu Exits Function Exit Screen Exit ALV Reports Dialog Programming Data Dictionary RFC ABAP Query ALE BAPI and BADI. Application of OSS notes.
- Hands On experience in the following technical areas: SAP Fiori UI5 Cloud Connectors OData/Gateway programming Security Fiori Launchpad on Portal configuration XS OData Services .
- Experience with all common UI5 controls and exposure to build custom UI5 controls is a must.
- Experience in JSON/XML/OData and REST based Web Service based integrations.
- Experience in HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript Development.
- Good knowledge on JavaScript /Form calc
- Should have good experience on EDI ALE IDOC
