As a Spanish speaking customer service representative youll be the friendly face of our online casino responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our amazing players. Your main goal is to provide exceptional service and personalized attention ensuring that our customers feel valued and well taken care of. Youll be the go-to person for addressing their needs resolving any issues they may encounter and ensuring their overall satisfaction. Whether its answering their questions or assisting them with any challenges youll be there every step of the way to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. And get this youll be doing it all through chat!

Work Schedule: The online casino world never sleeps and thats why weve crafted a rotating roster that allows us to deliver top-notch service to our global players across multiple time-zones. We do understand how important work-life balance is though so we provide you with your roster 4 weeks in advance to give you plenty of time to plan your life outside of work. No more wondering when your days off will be weve got you covered for the month! An example of the roster is below:
Morning : 7am - 3pm (Office Based)
Afternoon: 3pm - 11pm (Office Based)
Overnight: 11pm - 7am (Home Based)
*Please note roster is subject to change from time to time and you may be required to work public holidays*
