Were now looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Tech & Product hiring team. Youll play a critical role in hiring exceptional talent across Engineering AI and ML and related technical domains. Youll bring deep recruiting expertise a strategic mindset and a love for building effective scalable processes. This role is about more than filling roles; its about helping shape the future of Preplys technical organization.
What youll be doing:
- Lead and own end-to-end hiring for Engineering and other technical functions partnering closely with leaders to hire top talent.
- Act as a strategic talent advisor: guide stakeholders on talent strategy hiring best practices technical org design and market insights.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier engineering and data talent across global markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People Partners Compensation and Finance to align on hiring plans equity structures compensation frameworks and team scaling.
- Champion structured evidence-based hiring practices; drive consistency and quality across interview processes and decision-making.
- Bring the Preply story to life for senior technical talent; leveraging your business acumen and storytelling skills.
- Mentor and uplift the TA craft within the team; share knowledge improve processes and lead or contribute to key projects that raise our bar.
What youll need to succeed:
- Proven experience hiring senior technical talentin a fast-paced product-led tech environment.
- Strong in-house recruiting experience; you know what great looks like when it comes to processes systems and stakeholder engagement.
- Expertise in recruiting craft: You care deeply about candidate experience know how to run a strategic search and arent afraid to challenge assumptions or push for excellence.
- Solid understanding of compensation equity and how technical orgs scale especially in global settings.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills: you can influence and partner effectively with senior technical leaders.
- A growth mindset: youre adaptable curious and energized by solving complex hiring challenges.
- Team-first low-ego approach: youre collaborative driven and love being part of a team thats candid curious and always learning.
- Location: Youre fluent in English and ready to work fromBarcelona London or Kyiv or open to relocating to join us in Barcelona.
