KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized ABA Scheduling Coordinator to ensure the smooth and effective management of client and Behavior Technician/RBT schedules. This role involves coordinating directly with ABA Program Supervisors optimizing provider hours and ensuring full utilization of client authorizations. The Scheduling Coordinator will support the companys vision by maintaining efficient scheduling practices updating client/staff records across systems and facilitating cross-departmental communication.
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and excellent communication are critical to success in this role.
Schedule direct ABA sessions in coordination with ABA Program Supervisors to maximize productivity.
Review schedules to identify inefficiencies optimize provider hours and maximize authorization usage.
Collaborate with Scheduling Coordinators to align client and provider schedules.
Manage updates in Central Reach and maintain CSLOTs master scheduling spreadsheet.
Support clinical staff in rescheduling cancellations while meeting productivity targets.
Develop and improve scheduling tools to increase efficiency.
Assist with creating schedules for new hires and new clients and update ABA client charts.
Maintain organized and updated records of client and staff information.
Prepare and manage administrative documentation and spreadsheets.
Perform other administrative and scheduling duties as directed by leadership.
23 years of experience in administrative coordination preferably in healthcare or ABA-related environments.
Direct experience scheduling appointments for a multi-practitioner clinic is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Experience with ABA practice management software (e.g. Central Reach) preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a multidisciplinary collaborative team environment.
