The opportunity
The aim of our graduate programme is to provide graduates with an opportunity to develop Supply Chain skills and knowledge with the potential to establish a meaningful longstanding and deeply rewarding relationship with Delegat Limited.
The programme will provide a unique entry-level opportunity to experience the full process of our supply chain from grape receival and the winemaking process through to the bottling shipping and delivery of our finished product to our end customers and global warehouses in all our key export markets. This includes:
Throughout this 18 month fixed term programme you will be assigned defined learning objectives and you will receive regular performance and development reviews to support you in achieving these addition to this you will also be assigned a mentor for support and guidance.

Please note that during the 18 months you will spend 2 placements in Marlborough both placements will last approximately 4-5 weeks and during this time shift work and weekend work will be required. The rest of the programme will be based at two different locations in Auckland.
